1. Which courier is responsible for the delivery?
- For US deliveries: USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
- For International deliveries: UPS will manage, but it might be through DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, UBI, or your local couriers, depending on your region.
2. How much will the shipping cost?
All orders come with FREE shipping, regardless of the amount. This applies within the USA and to many international destinations.
3. How can I monitor my order?
After we've dispatched your order, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number. You can monitor it either on our "Track Order" page or the courier's official site.
4. Do I have to handle customs duties?
- For International orders: Customers must clear customs, covering relevant import taxes unless indicated otherwise. For specific items, The Medsoa Store might manage customs clearance for certain countries.
- For US deliveries: No customs duties.
5. What is the estimated delivery time?
After placing your order, allow 1-5 business days for processing. You'll get an email once dispatched. The transit duration varies:
- USA: 3-10 business days.
- Other Countries (including Australia, Canada, UK, etc.): 5-15 business days.
- All other destinations: Roughly 8-25 business days.
6. What if there's a delay in shipping?
The Medspa Store can't be held liable for any delays due to third-party couriers. No refunds for reasonable shipping delays (up to 45 days from order).
7. What if my package goes missing or gets lost during transit?
We aren't liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. However, we're here to help with any claims you need to file with the courier.
8. What happens if I refuse or reroute my package? Or there's a tariff refusal?
- Rerouted packages won't qualify for refunds.
- Refused deliveries, including those due to customs restraints or unpaid tariffs, will be refunded after returning to us, deducting 40% for shipping and other charges.
Note: Some shipments may require a signature, so ensure someone is present to sign if necessary.
