Warranty Policy


The Medspa Store guarantees that all products will be shipped out free of defects or damages.  We also guarantee delivery will include all parts described on the relevant product descriptions.

The information about the Warranty that follows applies only to  The Medspa Store machines, and not to consumables such as gels and liquids.

Warranty Overview:

We offer a 12 months Warranty for the main machine only.  For spare parts we offer a 3 months Warranty.  Spare parts do not include consumables nor disposables such as replacement bulbs. The Warranty is not transferable unless your request for transfer is approved by customer support.

12 Months Warranty for Main Machine:

We guarantee your machine against defects in construction for one year from the date of delivery. When a structural defect in the main machine is brought to our attention, and evidence is provided demonstrating the structure defect (such as a clear video and/or photos), we will arrange for necessary repair or, when necessary, replace the machine, free of charge.

3 Months Warranty for Parts:

We guarantee the parts/accessories of your machines against defects for three months from the date of delivery. If any part of your machine, such as a handle, is not functioning properly due to a structural defect in construction of the part, and this is brought to our attention (for example if you provide a video demonstrating the defect of the part), we will arrange for necessary repairs or replace the part/accessory, free of charge.

Shipping Costs:

During the first 3 months of the active Warranty period, shipping costs of spare parts will by paid by The Medspa Store.

After the first 3 months, shipping costs of spare parts requested and paid for (at cost) will be charged to the buyer/customer.

During the first 12 months of the active Warranty period, should the main machine need to be replaced due to demonstrated structural defects, the return shipping will be arranged and paid for by the buyer/customer.  In certain cases The Medspa Store may assist the customer with free return shipping, but it is not guaranteed by the Warranty.  The Medspa Store will arrange and pay for the shipping and delivery of the new replacement machine. 

Warranty Exclusions:

The Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by any of the following:

  • Failure to follow usage instructions/misuse of the product 
  • Cases in which the buyer/customer refuses to or neglects to provide any evidence of the defect or damage claimed (example – negligence to provide a video)
  • Alteration of the product
  • Impact or insertion of foreign objects
  • Application of harmful chemicals 
  • Normal wear and tear

Support After the Warranty:

The Medspa Store will continue to be available to provide technical and related support, however there may be a cost for the buyer/customer, depending on what is needed.  (The Medspa Store will provide needed replacement parts at cost).
